You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid, current, and has sufficient funds available.
Failed payments may result in immediate service suspension until the outstanding balance is resolved.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

One-time purchases (such as domain registrations, web design, e-SIM data packages, and social media marketing orders) are non-refundable once fulfilled. You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time through your account dashboard; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
